Get your Pathao API credentials
In Pathao Merchant, open Developer's API and copy the client ID and client secret. You also need the email and password you log in with.

Paste them and test
Open Courier Partners, pick Pathao, paste the credentials and press Test Connection. ChattyFly stores them on its server and never shows them again.

Choose your pickup store
Pick the Pathao merchant store your parcels are collected from.

Set your delivery charges
Enter the charge inside Dhaka, outside Dhaka and for sub areas, and make it the default courier if you like. The inbox AI quotes delivery from these numbers.

Turn on live status updates
Copy the webhook URL from the Pathao settings in ChattyFly into your Pathao merchant panel. Every status change (In Transit, Delivered, Returned) then moves the order by itself.

Send orders
On an order, pick Pathao and send it: one order, or many at once from the order list. The consignment and tracking number are saved on the order.
