Get your eCourier API credentials
In the eCourier panel, open API credentials and copy the API key, the API secret and your user ID.

Paste them and test
Open Courier Partners, pick eCourier, paste the credentials and press Test Connection. ChattyFly stores them on its server and never shows them again.

Choose your packages
Pick the eCourier delivery packages to use inside and outside Dhaka.

Set your delivery charges
Enter the charge inside Dhaka, outside Dhaka and for sub areas, and make it the default courier if you like. The inbox AI quotes delivery from these numbers.

Status updates come by themselves
eCourier has no webhook, so ChattyFly checks each parcel about every 30 minutes and moves the order (In Transit, Delivered, Returned).

Send orders
On an order, pick eCourier and send it: one order, or many at once from the order list. The consignment and tracking number are saved on the order.
