How to connect
6 steps, done in a few minutes.

Get your Paperfly API credentials
Use your Paperfly merchant username and password. A separate Paperfly key is only needed if Paperfly gave you one.

Paste them and test
Open Courier Partners, pick Paperfly, paste the credentials and press Test Connection. ChattyFly stores them on its server and never shows them again.

Add your pickup details
Enter the pickup name, phone, address, thana and district Paperfly collects from.

Set your delivery charges
Enter the charge inside Dhaka, outside Dhaka and for sub areas, and make it the default courier if you like. The inbox AI quotes delivery from these numbers.

Status updates come by themselves
Paperfly has no webhook, so ChattyFly checks each parcel about every 30 minutes and moves the order (In Transit, Delivered, Returned).

Send orders
On an order, pick Paperfly and send it: one order, or many at once from the order list. The consignment and tracking number are saved on the order.
