1. Information We Collect

When you create a ChattyFly account we collect the information you provide — such as your name, business name, email address and phone number. When you connect channels like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, WooCommerce or Shopify, we process the conversations, orders and customer records needed to provide the service.

This marketing website does not require an account and does not store contact-form submissions on our servers; the contact form opens your own email application.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate the ChattyFly platform: routing conversations, generating AI replies from your business knowledge, creating orders, booking couriers, scheduling follow-ups and producing reports. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

3. AI Processing

AI features process conversation content to generate replies and detect buying intent. Your business knowledge (FAQs, product information, policies) is used only to serve your own workspace and is not shared with other customers.

4. Data Storage and Security

Workspace data is isolated per business. Access within your team is controlled by role-based permissions you configure. Subscription payments are processed by EPS (Easy Payment System); ChattyFly does not store your full payment credentials.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You can request export or deletion of your workspace data by contacting support@chattyfly.com. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

6. Third-Party Services

ChattyFly integrates with third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, WooCommerce, Shopify, courier and payment providers). Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
