Work with any courier, even one without an API: keep its name and charges in ChattyFly and record the tracking number on each order.
How to connect

Add the courier
Open Courier Partners and choose Custom. Give it the courier's name.

Set the charges
Enter the delivery charges so the inbox AI quotes them correctly.

Record each shipment
On the order, choose the courier and type its consignment (tracking) ID when you hand the parcel over.
