How to connect

4 steps, done in a few minutes.

    Add Upay

    Open Manage Payment Partners, add Upay, type the number and choose personal, agent or merchant.

    Integrations → Manage Payment Partners

    Choose the default

    Mark the method you prefer as default. Switch a method off any time without deleting it.

    Tell the AI when to ask for it

    In AI & Automation, the payment policy decides whether the AI takes cash on delivery or asks for an advance. The AI only ever offers the methods you added here.

    AI & Automation → Agent Settings → Payment
  4. 4

    Record payments

    When money arrives, record it on the order. Paid and due amounts update by themselves.
