It is already on
Every new account offers cash on delivery. Switch it off in Payment Partners if you only take advance payments.

Set the payment policy
Decide when the AI takes COD and when it asks for an advance, for example on big orders.
AI & Automation → Agent Settings → Payment - 3
Collect from the courier
Finance lists delivered orders the courier has not paid yet. Tick what arrived, pick the account and press Mark received.
