How to connect

Connect your Page
Open Manage Social Channels, choose Facebook and press Connect.

Sign in with Meta
Meta's own window opens. Pick the Pages you want and allow the permissions. There is nothing to copy or paste.

Decide who replies
Leave AI auto reply on and ChattyFly AI answers Messenger chats, or switch it off and your team answers in the inbox.

Turn on comments
Open the Social page and use its Connect button once. Meta then lets ChattyFly read and answer Page comments, and Comment AI can reply to price questions and hide spam.

Good to know
- If a Page shows Reconnect needed, its Meta access expired: press Connect again, nothing else is lost.
